We are happy to announce the ‘New SHPO Building Construction Project’. Sconiers Homeless Preventive Organization, Inc. Displayed is the architect rendition drawing. Our mission and work is to provide homeless prevention support services. This new facility will serve as a ‘Life Skill, Personal Development and Wealth Resource Center'. Inside will be workshop rooms, restaurant, offices, auditorium, conference room, support coaches, affordable housing placement, community outreach services, game room, film studio, program dorm rooms and laundry facility. This is a move your life forward into success facility.

SHPO Inc a 501C3 Organization. Since 2007 SHPO Inc has supported over 30,000 people locally and nationally with the support of community partners and stakeholders. Since 2007 Sconiers Homeless Preventive Organization has facilitated over 950 hands-on workshops providing outreach and in-reach services for the homeless and placed over 6,900 people into low-income affordable rental housing. 
 

Michael Kevin Ross is an Entrepreneur, Developer, Published 100+ books,  Faith based counselor, Low-Income Affordable Housing Mortgage Lender, Fintech Owner, and Restaurant Franchise Developer.
